We are looking for a professional and reliable SEO expert who can take full ownership of the on-page and off-page SEO strategy for our website [DigitalSoft4U.com], which sells Microsoft and software licenses in the Bulgarian market. We have been working with two different SEO specialists since October 2024, but we have not seen measurable improvement in rankings, traffic, or sales. Most of the promised tasks were either delayed or only 20% completed, and we did not receive consistent weekly reports or progress updates.
