Social Media Content Creator for Instagram and TikTok

Love being on camera, making food look good, and staying ahead of trends? Join the MidnighTreats team as our TikTok/Instagram Content Creator. You’ll help us capture weekly content that gets people smiling, drooling, and craving cookies. Our proposal starts with one month but we'd love to find someone who’s excited about growing with us long-term as we expand the brand in the DMV. This role is perfect for someone who: Scrolls TikTok way too much (and calls it research). Loves storytelling through video. Is always trying new creatives. Isn’t afraid to get messy, film themselves, or go all in for the content. Responsibilities: Visit one of our stores once a week to capture content. Edit short-form content suitable for Reels and TikTok. Deliver and post 3–4 edited pieces of content per week. Follows and contribute to our content calendar. Keeps up with platform trends and analyzes performance for adjustments. Requirements: Comfortable filming and appearing on camera from time to time. Proficient in editing tools like CapCut. Strong grasp of current TikTok trends. Must be based in DMV. Bonus: Experience with DSLR .
