Videographer for Solar Trade Show Event

Media is looking for an experienced videographer to support our content capture at the Midwest Solar Expo in Chicago on June 10 and 11. This is a two-day, in-person gig. The videographer will be responsible for setting up and operating cameras, lighting, and audio on the SunCast Media Stage, where we'll be filming a series of short interviews. Additionally, you will help capture a separate keynote interview on June 11 (location TBD within the venue). Scope of Work: 1. SunCast Media Stage (Main Task): - Set up and operate provided camera, lighting, and basic audio gear - Record up to 18 interviews (each ~15 minutes) across both days - Ensure high-quality audio and video for all sessions - Support live sound projection from the stage via speakers 2. Keynote Interview (Secondary Task): - Assist in recording a keynote-style interview on June 11 - May require separate setup from the SunCast Stage What You’ll Need: - Experience with event videography and multi-interview setups - Comfort with basic live audio routing to powered speakers - Ability to troubleshoot on-site and ensure professional-quality output - Availability on June 10 for setup & tech checks, and June 11 for full-day support - Professionalism and ability to work with an experienced content production team - Based in or able to travel to Chicago Equipment Provided by SunCast Media: - Cameras (Sony mirrorless) - Lighting (softboxes/panels) - Audio gear (mics, cables, mixer if needed) - Speaker(s) for projecting sound on the SunCast Stage Review this for examples: https://www.suncast.media/events-media/nabcep-2025
