Zapier Automations for Content Creation
Creating Video Content (Vlogs) I record a video with my iPhone camera I upload that video to Google Drive or DropBox or iPhone Shortcuts (whatever you think is most reliable) to trigger the automation That video is dropped into Opus.Pro (or another AI video editing app if you think one is better) to automatically edit the video for each platform (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, etc) The videos are dropped into my drafts on Metricool, with each video labeled for which platform it’s for (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, etc) Creating Text Content: I record a video with my iPhone camera I upload that video to Google Drive or DropBox or iPhone Shortcuts (whatever you think is most reliable) to trigger the automation Audio is extracted from that video with the most reliable audio extraction tool Audio is dumped into AudioPen.AI to create a coherent text transcript That text transcript is uploaded into Jasper.AI to optimize that text for each social media platform (Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn, Email, etc) The text that’s generated there is dropped into my drafts on Metricool, with each copy labeled for which platform it’s for (Twitter, Threads, LinkedIn, Email, etc) Creating Video Content (Performance) I record a video with my iPhone camera I upload that video to Google Drive or DropBox or iPhone Shortcuts (whatever you think is most reliable), and I upload the song that goes with it, to trigger the automation That video and audio are dropped into Captions App to automatically line my singing with the audio (I’m not sure if this would be possible so I could also just come in and do this part myself and then send to another folder to trigger the rest of the automation That video is dropped into Opus.Pro (or another AI video editing app if you think one is better) to automatically edit the video for each platform (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, etc) The videos are dropped into my drafts on Metricool, with each video labeled for which platform it’s for (IG, TikTok, FB, YouTube, etc) Long-Form Video I create a horizontal longform video I upload that video to Google Drive or DropBox (whatever you think is most reliable) to trigger the automation That video is dropped into Gling.ai, Spikes.Studio (or another AI video editing app if you think one is better) to automatically edit the video for YouTube) The videos are dropped into my drafts on Metricool and YouTube Studio Data Analysis & Suggestions Metricool and MadgicX provide analysis on how my content is performing The key metrics for each of those platforms goes into a Notion or Google Sheet (or other tool you think is better) with columns for each key metric and rows for each piece of content (organic and ads) Use Metricool, MadgicX, and/or ChatGPT to give a summary on how that content performed and what the learnings and suggestions are from it. For organic cotnent this includes what type of content to make, and for ads this includes which ads to keep running, which ones to invest more into, and which ones pause Summarize all those insights into an automatic email that gets sent to me every morning to inform the content & ads I make today. Also include trending topics and current events, and which ones to address on each platform
