Help with Emails

I am looking for help with emails. The work will range from 1-2 hours a week. Basically I am applying for jobs while working full time. The job hunt takes a while and I end up procrastinating sending out emails. I was hoping I can show someone how to look for positions and send emails on my behalf. In some weeks, there may be not much job openings. In those, I may need help in scheduling a meeting or two. For the job hunt, time is of essence really. I am happy to share a template that you can fine tune
