Part-Time Marketing & Admin Assistant – Travel Agency (10–15 hours/week) Remote | Flexible Hours Are you passionate about travel and love creating engaging content? Our boutique travel agency is looking for a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Admin Assistant. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys writing, organizing information, and helping others get excited and prepared for their adventures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Writing & Marketing - Write engaging blog posts on a variety of travel topics (resorts, destinations, tips, etc.) and adding them to our website using Squarespace - Create “Know Before You Go” documents using Canva - Draft and schedule email newsletters to keep our clients inspired and informed using Flodesk 2. Administrative Support - Tracking consultations for our destination wedding couples - Maintain & organizing files for our team of travel advisors on our Google Drive Requirements: - Strong writing and editing skills with a friendly, professional tone - Proficiency in Canva for content creation - Excellent attention to detail and organization - Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision - Comfortable with technology and basic administrative tools (Google Drive, email platforms, etc.) - Willingness to learn Squarespace for website edits & Flodesk to create email newsletters with training from our Chief Operations Officer. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in travel, blogging, digital marketing, or a related field - A personal passion for travel (bonus if you’ve visited all-inclusive resorts or been on cruises!)
