Social Media Manager for Two DTC Brands (Reels, Stories, Engagement)

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help manage and grow two direct-to-consumer (DTC) lifestyle brands — SABAL Swim (luxury swimwear) and our new brand launching soon. You’ll be responsible for: Posting Reels, Stories, and feed content 3–4 times per week per brand on both Instagram and TikTok. Responding to comments and DMs promptly with the right brand voice Engaging with followers and similar accounts to grow our community Planning content calendars and helping shape our social presence Maintaining consistency, tone, and aesthetic across both brands No paid ads or deep strategy needed — this is about execution and engagement with a strong visual and community focus. Skills We’re Looking For: Strong experience with Instagram (Reels, Stories, Engagement best practices) Familiarity with TikTok. Understanding of DTC, lifestyle, or fashion brands A great eye for aesthetic and tone — especially for luxury or minimalist brands Experience using planning tools (Later, Planoly, etc.) How We Work: We’re a small team that values reliability, fast communication, and initiative We prefer async collaboration with weekly check-ins Most communication is via text or email We’ll start with a 1-month trial and extend into long-term work if it’s a good fit Estimated Monthly Budget: $900/month retainer Open to negotiation based on experience and deliverables
