Community Manager - Highly Sensitive Entrepreneurs Community (Part-Time, Remote)
Do you consider yourself a Highly Sensitive Person who loves connecting with and supporting other inspiring, creative individuals? We're seeking an experienced community manager to nurture and engage a thriving online community of 300+ highly sensitive entrepreneurs, creators, and artists worldwide. Role Details: Hours: 3 hours/week trial to start (with growth potential to 5-20 hours / week) Rate: $30-40/hour based on experience Location: US or Canada preferred Platform: Circle community platform Key Responsibilities: * Welcome new members with personalized outreach and community orientation * Respond to member introduction posts and facilitate connections * Create and post daily discussion prompts and HSP-relevant content * Monitor community engagement and maintain positive, supportive atmosphere * Provide weekly community pulse reports to founder * Occasionally facilitate live group calls or discussions We're Looking For: * HSP Understanding: Personal experience or deep knowledge of highly sensitive people in business * Community Management Experience: 2+ years managing online communities (portfolio/examples preferred) * Communication Skills: Warm, empathetic, and professional written communication * Personal Development Background: Familiar with entrepreneurship, creativity, and personal growth concepts * Platform Experience: Circle experience a plus (training provided if needed) * Reliability: Consistent daily presence and responsive communication What Makes This Role Special: You'll be supporting a community where vulnerability, depth, and authentic connection are valued, and helping gifted, sensitive creators bring their gifts to the world.
