Level 10 Contractor is a top-tier marketing agency specializing in the home improvement and home services space. We manage over $10M/year in traditional TV and radio buys—and we’re aggressively moving into OTT. About 20% of our client budgets have already shifted to streaming, and we’re now onboarding OTT-only clients. We’re looking for a rockstar Media Manager with deep experience in OTT and linear media buying to lead and scale our media department. This is a high-level, client-facing role where you’ll: ✅ Plan and manage OTT, CTV, and traditional TV/radio campaigns ✅ Use AI tools to optimize media performance ✅ Handle OTT attribution reporting and campaign optimization ✅ Communicate directly with clients—must be sharp, confident, and clear ✅ Oversee creative production (scripts, copywriters, video editors) ✅ Help grow and lead a team of 3–5 media pros over the next 12 months You’ll be working directly with the CEO and executive team to shape the future of media at Level 10. Requirements: 5+ years of OTT and/or TV media buying experience Proficient in campaign management, pacing, and reporting Strong grasp of attribution, AI-driven media tools, and DSPs Exceptional client communication and leadership skills Experience managing or collaborating with creative teams (copy/edit/video) Must be U.S.-based and available during business hours (1099 contractor role) Structure & Pay: Fully remote, contractor (1099) You provide your own equipment, software, and tools Compensation tied to department growth; six-figure potential by year-end Flexible schedule, results-focused, zero corporate BS How to Apply: Tell us why you're the right fit.
