We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of the North American market and experience in selling Business Process Management Services (BPMS). This role will be pivotal in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in key verticals such as healthcare, fintech, e-commerce, real estate, and logistics. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support pipeline growth and client acquisition. Conduct market research to identify potential clients in need of BPMS solutions. Develop and manage outbound lead generation campaigns via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and events. Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot to build and manage lead lists. Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or CHAMP criteria. Coordinate with the marketing team to launch targeted campaigns and follow up on inbound inquiries. Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and track lead conversion metrics. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities in the North American BPMS landscape. Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
