We aim to use an educational approach to turn complex financial topics into actionable insights through our blog, videos, and client communications. What We're Looking For We need a demand generation expert to help us scale our digital lead generation efforts. We currently write blogs and record videos, so we are looking to assign a budget towards paid ads or other methods that will generate leads. Possible Responsibilites - Lead Generation Strategy: Develop multi-channel digital campaigns targeting small business owners in Georgia and beyond - Content Amplification: Leverage our existing educational blog content (tax planning, protection strategies, investment guidance) to drive lead generation - Campaign Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms - Lead Nurturing: Design email sequences and retargeting campaigns to convert prospects into consultation bookings - Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and continuously improve conversion rates - Funnel Development: Create and refine lead magnets, landing pages, and conversion pathways Ideal Candidate Profile - Experience in financial services preferred - Proven track record generating qualified leads for high-value services ($5K+ client lifetime value) - Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms Preferred Background: - Previous work with financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, or similar professional services - Understanding of compliance requirements in financial services marketing - Experience marketing to small business owners or entrepreneurs - Proficiency with ActiveCampaign What Success Looks Like - Generate 10 qualified consultation requests per month - Achieve cost per lead under $200 for consultation bookings - Generate quality leads based on agreed upon criteria - Develop scalable systems that can grow with our practice Our Ideal Client Profile (Your Target Audience) - Small business owners earning $250K+ annually - Business owners with 1-25 employees - Located primarily in Georgia, but expanding nationally - Need help with tax planning, business protection, or investment strategies - Age 35-55, typically in professional services, healthcare, or successful trades Project Details - Duration: 3-6 months with longer for successful engagement - Budget: Your hourly/monthly rate + plus ad spend budget of $1,500-$2,000 per month - Time Commitment: Will depend on number of channels.
