Description: Choose Recovery Services is a mission-driven organization focused on guiding individuals through healing from sexually compulsive behaviors and betrayal trauma. We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-ready marketing contractor to help us promote our intensive programs, engage our client base, and ensure that our marketing strategy reflects the heart of our work. This is a contract role (5–15 hrs/week) with flexible hours, growth potential, and the opportunity to work with a passionate, trauma-informed team. Responsibilities: -Audit our current marketing flows (email, website, social media) and provide strategic insights -Design and manage go-to-market strategies for intensives (e.g., Unmasked, Help Her Heal) -Write and schedule newsletters, updates, and promotional materials -Collaborate with our Operations Manager to identify and engage eligible clients for upcoming intensives -Oversee and optimize our social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube -Propose improvements to our website flow and client-facing content -Monitor metrics (open rates, registration data) and adjust campaigns accordingly Ideal Candidate Has: -Experience marketing service-based or therapeutic programs -Strong copywriting and client communication skills -Strategic thinking and ability to build effective funnels -Understanding of trauma-informed messaging (or willingness to learn) -Familiarity with platforms like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Kajabi, or similar -Hands-on social media experience, particularly in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube -Able to work independently and propose solutions, not just take direction Nice to Have: -Familiarity with the mental health or recovery space -Experience building client engagement journeys or nurturing campaigns What Success Looks Like: -A filled intensive program with minimal client confusion -Streamlined client communication across touchpoints -Clear marketing strategy and launch rhythm for intensives
