As a Business Development Representative, your goal will be to introduce our innovative mobile car wash concept to property managers and leasing teams, with the aim of securing location agreements for our team of contractors to operate on-site. This is a part-time, flexible opportunity—ideal for someone with sales or marketing experience, real estate background, or a professional demeanor who enjoys networking and relationship-building. Responsibilities: Identify and contact malls, retail centers, office parks, and residential complexes across Southern California Schedule and attend in-person or virtual meetings with property managers Present GeoWash’s concept and benefits (training and materials provided) Follow up on leads and maintain a basic log of outreach progress Assist in negotiating simple terms for cart setup and operation Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable reaching out to new businesses via phone, email, and in person Well-presented and professional demeanor Self-motivated and organized Prior experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or business outreach is a plus Must have reliable transportation Compensation: Base pay + performance bonus per location secured Flexible hours – ideal for those seeking a side hustle or part-time field work Potential to grow into a larger business development role as GeoWash expands
