Real Estate Data and Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Skip tracing property owners and leads from spreadsheets using third-party tools. - Data tracing and verifying ownership and contact information. - Cleaning, filtering, and formatting spreadsheets for accuracy and efficiency. - Creating, managing, and optimizing mass text messaging campaigns using our preferred platforms. - Uploading cleaned data into Mojo Dialer, managing lists, and coordinating outbound campaigns. - Supporting a team of three brokers with Mojo dialer campaigns: list updates, system troubleshooting, and performance tracking. - Working with a third-party vendor to send mail merge letters as part of our marketing strategy. - Building and maintaining systems for lead generation, ensuring efficient processes for data collection, management, and outreach. - Implementing and optimizing workflows for outbound marketing efforts—dialer campaigns, texting campaigns, and direct mail. - Communicating clearly with the team, providing status updates, and staying on top of tasks. Requirements: - Proven skip tracing experience (BatchLeads, REIRail, etc.). - Strong understanding of real estate lead generation, property research, and ownership tracking. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data organization and cleanup. - Mojo Dialer experience—loading lists, managing campaigns, and working with sales teams. - Ability to create and manage text messaging campaigns using platforms like Launch Control, Lead Sherpa, or similar. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. - Comfortable implementing systems and processes for lead generation workflows. - Self-starter with strong communication and accountability skills.
