We are seeking a licensed U.S. attorney to review and approve a written agreement I intend to use with clients for my immigration support services business. About the Agreement: The contract outlines my role as a non-attorney immigration support provider offering: Clerical assistance (form preparation, document organization, translation, etc.) Coordination with licensed attorneys for legal advice and representation A flat-fee structure that includes attorney review of each case Review the current draft agreement (approx. 2 pages) Ensure the language complies with U.S. law (including unauthorized practice of law restrictions) Confirm that the structure is legally sound and protects both myself and the client Suggest any necessary revisions Provide a formal written opinion or sign-off confirming that the agreement is appropriate for use Requirements: Licensed to practice law in the United States Familiarity with immigration law and/or legal support services a strong plus Experience reviewing or drafting service agreements, client contracts, or legal disclaimers Please refer to our initial contract to be discussed at our initial call after you're hired.
