Job Overview: We are seeking a native-level Korean proofreader based in the United States to review content translated by a professional human translator (not AI). Your task will be to ensure the final copy is natural, culturally appropriate, and fully understandable to Korean speakers residing in the U.S. Key Responsibilities: Ensure clarity, cultural relevance, and accuracy for Korean speakers in a U.S. context. Correct grammatical, spelling, punctuation, and capitalization errors. Verify consistency in tone and style across documents. Confirm terminology matches norms used in the United States when applicable. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Korean and fluency in English. Based in the United States. Previous experience proofreading or editing translations. Deep understanding of Korean language variations used by U.S.-based Korean speakers. Attention to detail, particularly in formatting and capitalization. Additional Notes: This is not a machine translation job – you will be proofreading translations that have already been carefully crafted by a human translator.
