We are a busy OBGYN practice and birth center based in Texas seeking an experienced medical billing consultant for a short-term project. I’m familiar with the billing process but need expert guidance on specific aspects related to: - Credentialing (specific to Texas) - Eclaim connections - Batch claim submission and tracking This is a consulting-only engagement. I’m looking for someone who can join me for a 1:1 video call (approximately 2 hours) to answer questions, share best practices, and point me in the right direction. There is no hands-on billing required — just clear, knowledgeable advice. Ideal Candidate Will Have: - Knowledge of credentialing requirements in Texas - Familiarity with clearinghouses like Availity, Office Ally, or similar - Familiarity with Tebra (formerly Kareo) - Experience with electronic claim submission and batch tracking - Ability to communicate clearly and explain complex billing topics in a simple way Project Scope: One-time consulting session (approximately 2 hours) May lead to future consulting needs, but currently limited to a single session
