PT Customer Service Rep- Short Term Project

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a short-term position requiring approximately 5-10 hours per week through the end of June. Working hours are flexible, prefer emails to be answered within 24 hours during typical US business hours. Key Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product features, functionality, and troubleshooting. • Assist customers with order-related questions, including status updates and shipping inquiries. • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication. • Document customer interactions accurately in our support system. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach. • Previous experience in customer service or support roles. • Familiarity with customer support tools in Gorgias and Shopify is required. • Ability to quickly learn product details and company processes. • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
