We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Manager to oversee the data management functions for our portfolio of residential properties. The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining property-related data in our systems. This role ensures data integrity, supports property management teams, and streamlines reporting for internal and external stakeholders. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee all data entry processes related to residential property listings, tenant information, lease agreements, maintenance records, and financial data. • Supervise and train a team of data entry clerks or specialists. • Develop and enforce data entry standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams to collect and verify data. • Perform quality control checks and audits on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for property documents. • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to optimize data systems and software. • Generate and distribute regular reports on occupancy, leasing activity, rent roll, and maintenance updates. • Address and resolve data discrepancies or system issues promptly. • Stay updated on data compliance regulations and ensure team adherence (e.g., privacy laws, fair housing requirements).
