EHR Data Migration Program Manager

About Us: We’re a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming the way clinical data moves across systems. Our mission is to streamline the complex process of Electronic Health Record (EHR) migrations — making it faster, safer, and more transparent for healthcare providers and their patients. As part of that mission, we also offer a robust archival SaaS platform that helps healthcare organizations manage legacy data post-migration. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable designing systems, interacting with doctors and vendors, and keeping projects moving under pressure. Experience supporting customers through SaaS onboarding and data archiving workflows is a major plus. What You’ll Do: Design and implement a scalable, repeatable framework for EHR data migrations Serve as the primary point of contact for EHR vendors, practice administrators, and physicians Set and manage clear expectations for what successful migration and archival outcomes look like for each customer Manage up to 40 concurrent migration projects, coordinating internal and external resources Support onboarding and training for customers using our archival SaaS platform Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, and support teams to resolve blockers and improve process efficiency Track and report key performance metrics, proactively surface risks, and drive continuous improvement Who You Are: 5–10+ years of experience in healthcare technology, health IT consulting, or EHR implementation/migrations Proven success leading multi-stakeholder projects involving data, technology, and customer relationships Comfortable being the face of the program — strong communicator and confident in front of physicians and vendors Experienced in building and scaling processes or operational playbooks Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple projects without losing track of deliverables Proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a mission-driven, fast-changing environment Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, etc.) Experience implementing customer onboarding and training programs for a SaaS product Understanding of healthcare data archiving, decommissioning, or retention workflows Background in a health tech startup or similar high-growth environment PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification
