Licensed California Real Estate Broker Needed for Property Management Startup
I’m launching a small property management company in San Diego, California, and need a licensed California real estate broker to act as Broker of Record so I can legally operate while I handle all day-to-day operations. You would: -Be listed as the Broker of Record with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) -Provide light oversight (review a few agreements or documents if needed) -Be available to answer occasional compliance questions This is an ongoing, low-commitment role — I do not need you to manage properties, deal with tenants, or collect rent. I'm offering $750/month as a flat fee, but I'm open to negotiating based on your comfort level and responsibilities.
