We are seeking a skilled utility auditor to evaluate water, sewer, and electric services for our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utility management and cost analysis. Your tasks will include reviewing utility bills, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable insights to optimize expenses. Understanding how utilities are billed, and how water and sewer charges should or should not be billed in conjunction with each other is important as well. Ideally you have experience in multiple states saving money for properties via these audits.
