Description: We’re looking for a reliable contractor with high-speed internet and strong file management skills to support the upload of large media files to our Asset Management System (AMS). Key Responsibilities: Use the Google Drive desktop app to access and manage large media files (do not download to local drive) Drag and drop assets into an AMS interface. Ensure accurate naming conventions and correct sequence of uploads. Follow project-specific naming conventions. Report any naming mismatches or formatting issues before proceeding Monitor upload status and report any upload errors Requirements: High-speed internet (1 Gbps+ strongly preferred; ethernet, wired connection also preferred) Google Drive desktop app installed and working Mac or Windows machine with strong file management skills Ability to follow naming conventions with precision Familiarity with cloud-based systems and drag-and-drop interfaces Comfortable working independently and communicating issues clearly You’ll Receive: Access to all required folders and platforms Clear instructions and a screen recording of the upload process Direct support for questions or issues encountered during transfer This is a task-based project with potential for ongoing work depending on performance. Attention to detail and care in handling large files is essential.
