AppSheet Developer Needed to Expand Features of Warehouse Check-In App (Pilot Phase)
We’ve built a basic AppSheet app for warehouse check-ins currently being piloted with a customer. We’re now looking to add key features (3 of 10 shared) and need an experienced AppSheet developer to help implement them. You’ll help design and build features directly in AppSheet, advise on best practices, and help us determine when AppSheet is the right tool vs. when a custom solution may be needed. ⸻ Feature List (Prioritized): 1. Company Trucks List • Create a searchable list of internal trucks with attributes • Allow auto-fill of truck details during check-in based on company name. • Add a mileage entry field only when Company trucks are selected 2. Visitor Truck Profiles • Let guards send forms to drivers to save recurring truck details. • Enable auto-fill for repeat visitors. • Future phase: allow drivers to create a global profile and auto-check-in at any participating facility. 3. Report Export Function • Build an option to export check-in data in a clean, report-ready format for compliance and internal use. ⸻ Next Steps: The pilot app is ready to review, and I’ll share additional notes and screenshots with shortlisted candidates.
