Title: Full Build – AI Construction App MVP + Website + Admin Portal (React / GPT Integration) Description: We’re building Job Foreman, a mobile-first AI assistant for subcontractors in construction. Picture “ChatGPT meets Buildertrend for the field.” It simplifies daily reporting, blueprint review, photo-based problem solving, and jobsite coordination. We’re seeking a full-stack development team (or elite solo dev) to build: 1. A Beta-ready MVP mobile app 2. A marketing website 3. An admin back-office portal for internal oversight and user/project management Phase 1 Scope – What We Need Built: MOBILE APP (MVP - Beta-Ready) • Voice-to-Text Logs: Field workers speak → structured daily logs • Photo-to-Solution: Upload photos → AI gives fix suggestions or materials (GPT API) • Blueprint Upload: Upload PDFs → AI generates RFIs, scopes, RFQs • Project Memory: Organize all logs, photos, and prompts by job • Simple UI: Built for the field (large buttons, voice-first, low friction) FRONT-END WEBSITE • Clean, modern marketing site (1–3 pages) • Mission, features, contact/signup CTA • Light CMS or static pages (we’ll scale later) BACK-OFFICE ADMIN PORTAL • View all user activity, field logs, prompts • Upload plans, flag issues, manage user accounts • Search/filter projects by client or location Tech Stack (Open to Expert Input): • Frontend: React / React Native / Flutter • Backend: Node.js or Python • AI: GPT-4 or Claude API • Database: Firebase or PostgreSQL • Hosting: AWS / Vercel / Supabase • Auth: Firebase Auth, Supabase, or similar Ideal Candidate or Team: • Can build quickly to Beta-ready mode (within 60–90 days) • Proven experience in AI apps, field tech, or productivity tools • Comfortable with mobile, web, and admin dashboard builds • UX-first thinking: we’re building for contractors, not engineers • Can deliver clear milestones and proactive communication To Apply, Please Share: 1.
