What is your current level of experience in freelance work?
We have a multi-sheet Excel document that calculates budgeted and actual hours by team member for different projects each week, along with weekly analysis. We want to turn this into a user-friendly program that can display results quickly while preventing user error. We think a Power App on Teams might provide the solution, but we are open to other suggestions. This can be built in the Microsoft suite of applications - like Teams or Power APP - or can sit on the back end of our website. Please provide how you would approach the project and the platform or software you suggest for this solution. Also, provide the estimated time to develop and budget. Be prepared to have 1 or 2 calls to clarify information and explain your approach and planned outcome. Attached is a sample sheet. We will require an NDA once the full project is assigned.
