We are looking for a developer to build a locally hosted web application on a multi-user Windows server. This internal tool should allow team members to manage and message contacts via a web interface. Actual message sending through a browser-based chat platform should be handled centrally by one designated user on the system, while others can prepare and queue messages. ⸻ Key features: • Contact management (name, category, language, preferred contact method) • Web-based UI with login or role distinction • Message templates in multiple languages (German/English) • Central message sending from a single instance (to be clarified post-hiring) • Tracking of sent messages, responses, and logs • Local storage (e.g., database or structured file format) • Exportable data and logs ⸻ Technologies may include: • Python or Node.js • HTML/CSS/JavaScript • SQLite or similar • Web automation tools • Local server deployment ⸻ Important: • No external integrations or cloud services • Must run fully on our internal Windows server • All user interactions happen via browser within the same system • Compliance with internal data handling policies is required
