PowerApps Custom App Creation - CRUD App

I am looking someone to help me build a custom CRUD Powerapps application to update data. Currently this is done in an excel spreadsheet but I want to move it to a PowerApps form. Requirements 1. Able to import data from a CSV to the Dataverse for the app. 2. Able to update specific fields with datatypes (Drop down Options, Date and Time, Multiple line Comments)
