URGENT: Bilingual Software Business Analyst (English/Spanish)
Job Summary =========== Tech.us is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual (English/Spanish) Software Business Analyst to support a dynamic software development initiative focused on quote-to-cash operations for a mid-sized enterprise. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both languages, highly analytical, and experienced in documenting and improving business processes within ERP and eCommerce environments. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication, business analysis, and documentation skills. You will work directly with stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to gather and refine requirements for critical workflows such as order management, procurement, fulfillment, and shipping, and collaborate on integration efforts with platforms like Shopify and QuickBooks. What You’ll Work On ================ As part of a cross-functional team, you will: * Engage in requirements gathering for ERP-related processes (accounting, procurement, supply chain, fulfillment, etc.) * Analyze eCommerce workflows involving online sales and shipping * Work closely with stakeholders to document current and future-state processes in both English and Spanish * Create visualizations, models, flowcharts, and process maps for better alignment across teams * Evaluate manual work efforts, identify automation opportunities, and assist in preparing backlog items for development * Collaborate on integration planning and implementation of Shopify, QuickBooks, or other 3rd-party SaaS platforms * Support brainstorming sessions and discovery workshops for future SaaS plug-ins and custom platform features Responsibilities ============= * Facilitate bilingual meetings and workshops with Spanish- and English-speaking users and stakeholders * Create clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria * Analyze existing systems, workflows, and pain points to identify optimization and automation opportunities * Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions * Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scope definition for product and engineering teams * Track and communicate process throughput, cycle times, and potential performance improvements * All the work done under this contract will be on a 'Works made for hire' basis with all rights, including all intellectual property rights for all works assigned to Tech.us. Qualifications =========== * Fluent in English and Spanish – verbal and written communication * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst in software or technology projects * Strong background in ERP systems, such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. * Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or others * Strong documentation skills: flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and data models * Experience with process mapping, cycle time analysis, and identifying automation opportunities * Bonus: Experience in software implementations for Shopify or QuickBooks * Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar Preferred Traits ============ * Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills * Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative * Comfortable working with remote and multi-national teams * Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment
