ERP Integration Specialist – Epicor Prophet 21
Location: Remote or Cleveland, OH (preferred) Duration: Project-based, with potential for ongoing work Compensation: Based on experience Overview: We are seeking a seasoned ERP Integration Specialist with deep experience in Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) to support the design and implementation of a scalable integration layer for internal projects and partner companies. You’ll work closely with our technical and operations teams to build tools, streamline data flows, and address real-world manufacturing challenges. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Prophet 21 and other systems (e.g., CRMs, reporting tools, inventory systems) Support ERP configuration, customization, and process mapping aligned with business requirements Troubleshoot existing ERP issues and recommend long-term solutions Build documentation, training guides, and best practices for internal teams Provide insight into common pitfalls and optimization opportunities within P21 Qualifications: 3+ years working directly with Epicor Prophet 21 (required) Experience with ERP integration and REST APIs Strong understanding of distribution, manufacturing, or inventory workflows Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, Zapier, or low-code integration tools How to Apply: Please send your resume or portfolio along with a brief note describing your experience with Prophet 21 and ERP integration projects.
