This leader will play a critical role in generating high-quality leads, executing effective sales calls, and delivering customized outreach campaigns across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing, ideally within the recruiting or talent acquisition sector. They are highly driven, self-motivated, and laser-focused on generating ROI. With a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, they will bring a strategic, metrics-driven approach to client acquisition and relationship building.
