My company, Truest Quote Inc., which owns the domains RoofQuoter.com, SolarQuoter.com, WindowQuoter.com, and TruestQuote.com, is seeking a Fractional CTO to lead the technical development and strategy as we scale nationally. This role includes building and managing an in-house development team (or continuing to scale with trusted freelancers), developing internal tools (CRM, contractor portal, reporting dashboards), integrating AI/automation for content, quoting, and data intelligence, and playing a key role in long-term product planning and innovation. To share more about the company and our long-term goals: Truest Quote Inc. is the parent company of the three service brands mentioned above. Each platform is being built to allow homeowners to enter their address and contact information, use Google APIs or AI technology (specific stack to be determined), and select from local service providers to compare rates and receive an instant quote. Our mission is to generate millions of leads per year, helping homeowners access fair pricing and enabling contractors to grow their businesses efficiently. Long term, we also plan to license this technology to contractors, offer a white-label marketing solution, and provide a training/education service. We are currently looking for a Fractional CTO who can guide us in making key technical decisions, including: Evaluating and advising on our current web architecture, Figma designs, and tech stack. Recommending a scalable and reliable hosting, backend, and lead management system. Assisting with hiring or managing external developers or Upwork contractors. Advising on data privacy, scalability, and integration between our verticals (roofing, solar, windows). Overseeing the design of foundational systems including CRM or lead distribution tools, web-to-lead automation, and cross-domain data infrastructure.
