Zapier Integration Specialist for CRM & Equipment Tracking Software
We’re looking for an experienced automation/integration specialist to connect two platforms we use in our operations: Xcelerate – Our CRM platform (has native Zapier integration) Kahi – Our equipment tracking system (has a public API) The goal is to build a workflow that enables seamless data flow between Xcelerate and Kahi using Zapier as the middleware. You’ll use Xcelerate’s native Zapier integration and connect it with Kahi via its API. Responsibilities: Review the functionality and limitations of Xcelerate’s native Zapier integration Review Kahi’s API documentation (we’ll provide access) Build one or more Zaps to sync/update data between the two systems Handle authentication, error handling, and logging/reporting in the automation Test thoroughly to ensure data accuracy and reliability Requirements: Proven experience with Zapier and building custom workflows Familiarity with APIs, including authentication (OAuth, tokens, etc.), GET/POST requests Ability to read and work from technical documentation Good communication and ability to document the process Bonus if you have: Experience working with Xcelerate or Kahi (not required) Background in CRM or logistics/asset tracking tools Let us know your relevant experience and a rough estimate of hours or fixed price.
