Shopify Auto Quote Checkout Form – PageFly + Google Sheets + Subscriptions + Email Automation
We’re looking for a skilled Shopify developer to create a custom multi-step quote form on a Shopify site using PageFly, with the following capabilities: • Automatically calculate lawn care quotes based on user inputs • Display the live quote before checkout • Send customers to Shopify subscription-based or one-time checkout • Save all data to Google Sheets • Send confirmation emails to both admin and customer • Generate an internal-only quote code for tracking This will be used by Dash Services, a local lawn care company in Maryland. Details: 1. Custom Multi-Step Quote Form: • Built in PageFly (on a standalone landing page) • Customer-visible inputs: • ZIP Code (text input – calculate distance from 21904) • Yard Size in Acres (number input) • Yard Type (button selection: Flat, Sloped, Hill) • Service Frequency (button selection: Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, One Time) • Quantity (dropdown: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5+) 2. Real-Time Quote Logic: • Use all inputs to dynamically calculate the price • Display live quote before checkout • Route users to correct Shopify checkout: • Weekly/Biweekly/Monthly → Subscription checkout • One Time → One-time purchase 3. Data Handling & Backend Logic: • Save each submission to Google Sheets • Send email to to admin with full quote info and internal quote code • Send auto-reply to the customer (excluding internal code) 4.
