Upgrade old Access database to current software

I have an operating access program with a front and back end created 13 yrs ago. I need it upgraded to the current MS Access version and I want to make a few enhancements to the programs capibility. "ONLY S/E MICHIGAN" located candidates will be considered. You will have to come to our location in the beginning of the process of converting this database platform.
