Our primary goal is to attract and convert Single Family Rental (SFR) Property Managers. We are aiming for an approximate 5-day design/build turnaround by the selected Wix expert once fully briefed and all assets are go. Attached to this job post, please find: Our Comprehensive Design Brief (.pdf): This document details the full project scope, a 7-section sitemap for the single scrolling page, all core page copy (headlines, 'About Us,' service descriptions, 'Pain → Solution' statements, 'Why Us?' points) tailored for Property Managers, and specific functionality requirements (including Jobber form integration, a 'Request PM Packet' form, Google Analytics setup, etc.). Our Logo & Branding Guidelines (.zip): This provides immediate visual context for our brand style, colors, and fonts. We are looking for a skilled Wix designer with: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, professional, and mobile-first service business websites. Excellent communication skills. The ability to effectively translate our detailed brief and branding into a "Minimum Remarkable Product".
