NetSuite Data Developer
You will play a key role in supporting our ERP migration initiatives by extracting and staging data from NetSuite for transition into a new system. This role requires strong technical expertise with the NetSuite SuiteQL API, an understanding of NetSuite’s data schema, and experience with data integration tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Extract and transform data from NetSuite using SuiteQL and other available APIs. • Design and implement staging processes to support data migration efforts to a new ERP platform. • Collaborate with data architects, ERP consultants, and developers to define and execute on data mapping and transformation logic. • Utilize CData connectors or similar tools to interface with NetSuite and 3rd party systems. • Analyze and document NetSuite’s data schema to guide accurate data extraction and staging. • Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or integration issues across staging environments. • Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable scripts or code for data extraction and ETL purposes. • Maintain data documentation, including mapping documents, staging logic, and transformation rules. • Support testing and validation efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data. • Troubleshoot end-to-end integration and performance issues. • Provide exceptional service while building relationships with internal team members. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: • Proven experience as a data engineer, developer, or analyst working with NetSuite. • Hands-on expertise with the NetSuite SuiteQL API and NetSuite’s underlying data model. • Experience with CData connectors or similar data integration tools is a plus. • Strong proficiency with SQL and experience in ETL/data staging processes. • Familiarity with ERP data migration strategies and challenges. • Knowledge of cloud storage, scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript), and API-based integrations is a plus. • Strong documentation and data mapping skills. • Must be able to work remotely. • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
