Job Title: Odoo CRM Integration Specialist for Fintech Platform Company: 2Cents Capital Type: Contract (with potential for extension) Start Date: Immediate ⸻ About the Project: We’re integrating our website user journeys with Odoo CRM to build a seamless end-to￾end experience — from user onboarding and KYC, to portfolio creation, monitoring, and payments. You’ll own the Odoo CRM integration layer between the frontend (website modules) and backend CRM, enabling robust workflows, automation, and user insights. ⸻ Responsibilities • Design & implement integrations between website modules and Odoo CRM • Build custom Odoo modules (authentication, KYC, transactions, reporting, vendor onboarding, etc.) • Implement APIs: POST, PUT, GET calls to Odoo models via REST/RPC • Track user events and drive CRM tasks, reminders, scoring, and lifecycle automations • Set up secure authentication (OAuth2), session management, and access control • Ensure data synchronization, audit logging, retry queues, and graceful failure handling • Optimize performance (batching, caching, async updates) ⸻ Modules You’ll Work On 1. Vendor Onboarding & Product Catalog Management ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience with Odoo CRM (v14 or higher) and custom module development • Strong in Python, Odoo ORM, and API integration • Understanding of fintech user flows (KYC, investment lifecycle, compliance) • Experience with webhooks, REST APIs, and task scheduling • Familiar with security protocols: OAuth2, encryption, rate limiting • Clear documentation and communication skills ⸻ Bonus • Experience with Slack APIs or notification systems • Knowledge of risk profiling and investor scoring algorithms • Familiarity with DocuSign, Calendly, or financial compliance tools
