We're a digital marketing agency seeking an experienced and efficient Google Ad Grant PPC Manager to manage Google Ad Grant accounts for our nonprofit clients. You must have proven experience optimizing Google Ad Grants to maximize impact and maintain compliance with Google’s guidelines. Responsibilities: Strategically manage and optimize Google Ad Grant campaigns; Set up new accounts, keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting; Track conversions and implement proper goal tracking via Google Analytics and/or GA4; Provide clear, actionable monthly reports and insights; Ensure compliance with Google Ad Grant policies (CTR, Quality Score, etc.). Requirements: Proven experience with Google Ad Grants (not just regular Google Ads); Understanding of nonprofit marketing goals and metrics; Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager; Strong communication and reporting skills; Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently on an hourly basis. Preferred: Experience working with marketing agencies; Familiarity with tools like Slack and ClickUp. This is an hourly, long-term opportunity.
