As a telephone interviewer, you will play an important role in gathering valuable insights for our client through structured phone interviews. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and native Finnish language proficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct telephone interviews with customers and survey participants in Finland according to a predefined questionnaire. • Accurately record responses in our data collection system. • Ensure a professional and friendly approach to build trust with respondents. • Achieve daily and weekly targets for the number of completed interviews. • Report progress and any issues to the project manager. Requirements: • Proven experience as a telephone interviewer, telemarketer, or a similar role involving customer contact by phone. • Native proficiency in Finnish (additional language skills are a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow questionnaires and guidelines while maintaining a conversational tone. • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Previous experience in market research or customer surveys is an advantage.
