Seeking workplace conflict resolution focus group participants
Focus Group Participant Offer: You're invited to join a workplace discrimination conflict resolution discussion group. Anticipated date is early June. Friday or Saturday, date + time TBD PST. What we do: We host fun, educational and practical interactive workplace discrimination conflict resolution discussion groups /training in an environment where diverse perspectives are shared and respected! This casual focus group will be an evidence-based, guided discussion to explore workplace discrimination topics including race, gender, age and more… as part of our ongoing global workplace conflict resolution training in the American workplace context. Participants MUST have current, former or retired experience based in the United States. Upwork account, profile and (non-Upwork) RESUME REQUIRED! Your insights are invaluable, and we’re thrilled to have your participation. Project Details: 1. Stipend: You’ll receive a $50 stipend, paid via Upwork, upon completing all session requirements. 2. Participation Requirements: o Attend the full session with your camera on o ACTIVELY participate and provide feedback during discussions o Complete all session polls/surveys (confirm with hosts) The 2 hour session will be held on ZOOM. Workplace diversity conflict is serious, but let’s dive in, keep it fun, respectful and smart. “Bring your Brain!” We’ll show you how! Important Reminders: • Please accept the Upwork offer to confirm your participation and consent to the session’s conditions . • Your stipend will be provided via Upwork upon completion of the session requirements (1) your camera is on, (2) bring your brain: your participation in evident in both breakout rooms and main group room and (3) you complete the session polls and surveys.
