Project Manager – Thought Leadership Program

The Role We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead our Thought Leadership Program. In this role, you’ll help amplify Venue Wise’s voice in the events and tourism industry through strategic content, event participation, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director to coordinate appearances, secure speaking opportunities, and ensure consistent representation across media and platforms. What You’ll Do: - Manage participation in top industry events and apply for speaking slots (e.g., Middle East Event Show, IBTM) - Coordinate content & PR (LinkedIn, interviews, publications, case studies) - Prepare the Marketing Director for public engagements - Build relationships with agencies, hotel GMs, DMCs, and destination authorities - Oversee all branding assets (headshots, bios, press kits, etc.) - Track project milestones and report on performance and impact What We’re Looking For: - 8+ years of project management experience (preferably in events, tourism, marketing, or PR) - Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills - Experience with industry partnerships, content creation, or public speaking coordination - Detail-oriented, proactive, and outcome-driven - Familiarity with the global events and tourism ecosystem is a big plus
