As we scale, I’m seeking a fractional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help refine our internal operations, implement efficient systems, and support our team’s next stage of growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in founder-led environments, knows how to create clarity from chaos, and can bring structure and accountability to a small, growing corporate team. The Ideal candidate will: - Be a self-starter who can assess, recommend, and execute without hand-holding - Take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing solutions from Day 1 - Have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in fast-moving environments - Know how to prioritize and implement quickly, not just analyze and observe - Be comfortable owning deliverables and driving progress without waiting for permission Key Responsibilities - Assess and improve internal operations - Guide SOP creation and performance metric implementation - Establish weekly accountability and communication cadence - Advise on org structure and long-term scaling strategies Preferred Qualifications - Experience as a COO, Integrator, or senior operations leader - Background in GovCon or professional services preferred - High EQ with a clear, structured leadership style - Comfortable balancing strategic insight with hands-on execution - Tampa-based or open to travel preferred Project Scope - Fixed price preferred for initial 90-day engagement - Scope includes assessment, process stabilization, team alignment, and reporting - Must deliver tangible outcomes (e.g., scorecard system, SOP drafts, accountability cadence) - Remote-friendly, but some in-person engagement preferred To Apply include: - A short intro summarizing your experience - Example(s) of similar roles or companies you’ve supported - Your hourly rate and availability
