We are seeking a highly experienced Research Analyst with experience in HCM and Payroll Softwares with 15+ years of expertise in the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll sector. The ideal candidate will incorporate deep sector insights into the overall investment strategy and actively manage portfolios to maximize returns while mitigating risks. What We Need: Extensive knowledge of HCM and Payroll industry trends, challenges, and opportunities Proven track record managing investment portfolios with sector-specific focus Ability to translate complex sector analysis into clear, actionable investment strategies Strong communication skills to present portfolio views and performance to stakeholders Experience using financial analysis and portfolio management tools Responsibilities: Integrate HCM and Payroll sector insights into portfolio construction and adjustments Monitor market developments and adjust strategies accordingly Collaborate with research and investment teams to refine theses and portfolio allocation Deliver regular portfolio performance reports and strategic updates Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years as a Portfolio Manager or equivalent role with HCM & Payroll sector focus Finance-related degree and/or CFA or equivalent certification Demonstrated ability to drive portfolio performance through sector expertise Please apply with details of your portfolio management experience and how your knowledge of the HCM and Payroll sector will add value to our investments.
