Photography Capture high-quality photos of residential or commercial properties Ensure proper composition, lighting, and angles for real estate standards Use HDR or bracketed shots for better dynamic range Stage or lightly adjust spaces (move a chair, fix blinds) if needed for better presentation 2. Extra Services that may be requested Floor plan scanning (Cubicasa) Matterport 3D Tours 2. Post-Processing Export photos/videos to VA to cull and deliver Rename and organize folders by property address and date Communication with VA on any extra information the agent or homeowner shares with you 3. On-Site Professionalism Arrive on time, dressed professionally Interact courteously with agents, homeowners, or tenants Follow property access instructions and lock-up procedures if needed 4. Additional Services (Learned Over Time) Video Tours Capture smooth walkthrough footage with a gimbal Drone Photography/Videography (FAA Part 107 certification required for commercial drone work) 5. Soft Skills & Expectations Strong time management (often shooting 2–5 homes/day) Reliable transportation and punctuality Eye for detail and aesthetics Willingness to learn new tools or software
