CAD Modeling for Aircraft
Looking to hire a SolidWorks professional with experience with Sheet metal models, to assist in CAD modeling of a 1930s aircraft. You will be working from partial blueprints, images of structural components and tech drawings. - Experience with aerospace/aircraft design is highly desired. - Target is 10-15 hours per week. Scope- First Objective is to correct already modeled parts. This includes changing thicknesses and geometry, and putting already modeled parts into a sheet metal body. Second Objective is to model new parts from blueprints and images. Third Objective is to perform stress analysis in a FEA program. This job requires a good deal of communication, and a willingness execute revisions.
