Advanced CAD-CAM Cam project
This job requires expert level experience and out of the box thinking. Please do not apply if you are not 100% sure of your 5-axis machining skills and CAD CAM skills. The project is to take a set of aluminum 6061 parts with pre-completed 3d files and prints and DFM Solidworks files, and work with customer to set up for machining on a 5 axis mill. Not only will you need to write the program for machining these parts, but you will need to be able to write a program that will window / tab off parts individually or in sets. File attached. Deliverables are: 1) Write a CAD / CAM program to Window / Tab off all parts individually or in sets. 2) Deliver CAD CAM files. On-Site setup will be required.
