We need CAD files designed to our specifications for use in a prototype assembly. We require a detailed CAD model of a toroid, R1=2', R2=4" of 0.5" thick copper toroid (the donut is hollow) and threaded plugs (eight count) of nonconductive material with a see-through lens. The toroid needs to have an equitable, parametric distribution of 5/16"-18 UNC thread sockets on the external surface, 0.4" deep (it does not penetrate into the toroid). Distribution density: minimum 24-36 sockets across the entire toroidal outer surface. Use evenly spaced grid or hex-pattern conformal to toroid surface curvature. Along the top of the toroid, at the 12 o'clock position, equidistantly placed, are four x 1" holes that Unified National Pipe Thread - Straight (NPS); 1" NPS. Thread per inch (TPI): 11.5. These holes will penetrate the toroid. The threaded, nonconductive plugs, must be able to screw into the top and create a vapor, gas, and liquid seal. All geometry must be watertight and export-ready. Deliverables: 1. Full 3D model of the toroidal assembly with all ports and sockets 2. Full 3D model of the Threaded plugs (threaded, sealable) 3. Engineering drawings with labeled dimensions and views 4. Files suitable for CNC or 3D printing: STEP (.step), STL (.stl), and source files (e.g., .fcstd and .sldprt) 5. 2D DXF of central torus cross-section Note: All units in imperial. This model is part of a proprietary R&D effort. Final application details are confidential. No functional usage, materials, or system integration information will be disclosed. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) will be required.
