We’re seeking a skilled and reliable grant writer to help us secure funding for impactful initiatives. If you're experienced in crafting compelling proposals, have a keen eye for detail, and value open communication, we’d love to work with you. About the Role You’ll be responsible for researching grant opportunities, writing tailored proposals, and helping us manage the application process from start to finish. This is a contract or freelance position with flexible hours, though we work best with those who are proactive and deadline-conscious. Your Key Responsibilities Research and identify relevant grant opportunities (private foundations, corporate, federal, etc.) Write clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals aligned with funder requirements Collaborate with our team to gather necessary documentation and program details Track deadlines and submissions, providing regular updates What We’re Looking For Proven experience writing successful grant proposals (please share examples if possible) Strong writing, editing, and research skills Ability to interpret guidelines and align our mission with funder priorities Organized, self-motivated, and responsive Excellent communicator — we value transparency and regular check-ins How We Work We’re a collaborative and mission-driven team that values clarity, mutual respect, and efficiency.
