Real Estate and Construction Company Marketing
I currently own a construction company, Central Ohio Home Services, and I lead a real estate team within Coldwell Banker Realty. I am looking to create a marketing strategy and branding that use the two businesses collaboratively. We will be able to find the land and coordinate the real estate sale and mortgage transaction, while also designing and building their dream home and property. We will be a one stop shop instead of the homeowner going through so many phases and dealing with so many people.
